What I collect
When you submit the trip planning form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and the trip details you describe.
How it's used
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, research and design your trip, and communicate with you about it. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the planning form from spam; Cloudflare processes technical data as part of that check. When a trip is booked, the details needed to make your arrangements are shared with the relevant travel suppliers and my host agency, Fora.
Data retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to work with you and to meet booking or legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and I'll take care of it.

This policy may be updated occasionally. The current version is always on this page.
